I haven't had a ton of experience with ring mods but this does sound pretty neat! Definitely gonna wait for a few more demos before I'd take the plunge on something like this though only because the only real ring mod I've had a chance to play with is in the bitquest.

I had the Randy's Revenge, and it was cool, but I mostly like the tremolo sounds, and well...I have a tremolo. I liked some of the bell-like sounds you could get too, but ultimately wasn't using it enough to justify keeping it. I still don't know if Feber is for me, but the added functionality and range of sounds is pretty appealing.
Yeah that's my experience too. Had the RR and it's amazing but I didn't use half of it. This obviously also does the classic ring mod sounds but seems to have more range.
Well, Ring mods usually can do tremolo, but tremolos can't do ring mods sounds so my general rule is: RM>tremolo
(plus I love that RM can do tons of other stuff including pseudo-bicrushed sounds if set at fast rates)

I’m def a trem > RM kinda guy. I have the sentimental bob Tacana with an added expression input to control rate so I can do all sorts of random trem fun.
