I didn't dislike it, but it didn't grab me. And that's kinda how I've felt about everything they've released. So I don't think I actually dig them at all - I just really like one song they've done. I got through the first four songs of this new album before it drove me nuts and I had to turn it off.

Exactly this, they've always seemed like a band I'd like and I want to like them but when I try, I start getting in to it a little but then it just... goes nowhere.

I tried both White Pony & Diamond Eyes now,
could get much more into the Pony than before

Ok, listened to the vids posted in here as examples... yep sounds like the deftones.... I always wanted to like them but... I almost like them but... I saw them open for Rob Zombie once and....
so... cool? if you dig it great! for me there is just that intangible thing missing like most of their other songs I've heard?
