Exactly this, they've always seemed like a band I'd like and I want to like them but when I try, I start getting in to it a little but then it just... goes nowhere.

that has been me for the longest time Scruffie!

Not sure why, but Koi No Yokan changed that
And Ohms...I keep liking it, too!

I tried both White Pony & Diamond Eyes now,
could get much more into the Pony than before
but I guess I'd prefer Diamond Eyes?

Not sure if that is because or in spite of
the title track having a similar end breakas
the wonderful Rosemary off of KNY

This is basically how I feel. They're not bad but they've never really grabbed me.

White Pony remix album is out next month. There's a couple of tracks from it on Youtube already. Knife Party and Passenger. They're pretty cool.

In other news, Stephen Carpenter has decided to tell everyone he's a covid-denying, anti-vaxxer and a flat-earther, in one swoop.

Covid doesn't exist, and wearing a mask doesn't do anything it says so on the box, but wearing a mask has made a 2 week thing drag on for forever.

Makes sense.

I feel much more content with my indifference to them now at least.

“If you think you live on a spinning, flying space ball, you’re in a cult.”
The cult of scientific evidence.

Don't worry though, guys. They're figuring it out. We'll find out soon enough.
“The simplest terms for my perspective with flat Earth is simply, I know we’re not on a spinning, flying space ball. Now, what it actually is and all that and, and, and to what depths it goes to, that’s all still to be discovered and people are working on those things.”
Weapons grade goof.

Ok, listened to the vids posted in here as examples... yep sounds like the deftones.... I always wanted to like them but... I almost like them but... I saw them open for Rob Zombie once and....
so... cool? if you dig it great! for me there is just that intangible thing missing like most of their other songs I've heard?
