So . . . main Santana gift arrived last week and sounded good.

Alternative Santana gift arrived today and also sounded good.

They did not sound remotely alike, despite being essentially the same sort of thing.

I could not send one, for fear that the other one would have suited Santana better, so I shall have to send both

This does not make me unhappy, for 'tis the season* for giving.

I also had a thing arrive, and am spending as much time with it as possible before it is sent off to do Santanas bidding. There is another thing that hopefully arrives next week, and then I think I'm done? Unless I find more things.

Still waiting for my santee gift to be made, I am very very VERY excite to see how its gonna sound. I don't want to jump the gun too early for the rest of the stuff but time to get these items shipped out is closely approaching!

This just reminded me that many years ago I bought my Dad a book for Christmas, and when he offered to lend it to me once he'd finished it I had to admit I'd read it before I wrapped it up.
