Re: expensive reverbs
I have a wedge and it's great but I still want a quad for the plus patches. I'm afraid it will lead to an alesis problem... Plus line level stuff annoys me, doesnt work well with distortion pedz for some reason.
Wedges really blew up in price, huh? I didn't pay that much for mine.
Lead content may vary, you could always take supplements. If you're lucky you stil have lead plumbing

Re: expensive reverbs
nice, think i might try it out (problem confirmed...). I think some overpriced treble booster guy used to sell something like that for a jacked up price so you could run delay after treble boosters

Re: expensive reverbs
Man, I feel like a dummy and had been totally sleeping on using the Empress Reverb in stereo. Holy crap, does that really open up the sound of that pedal!! I guess I'd never paid much mind to stereo effects, because I'm a dum-dum, but it's definitely renewed my love for that pedal as well as the Echosystem.
