the one potential drawback i neglected to think about is the pickups' mounting HEIGHT. you might have to shim the neck to get an angle that clears the pickup covers. but with patience and persistence, the elephant balleth the ant.

yeah - that occurred to me too...some of the TDPRI folks seemed to have modded the covers or otherwise - not happening here. We shall see :snax: :snax:
Warmoth makes bodie with neck pockets designed to work with tuneomatic bridges - I might go that way - go for the full on Telesonic look....

Or maybe look for a carved top Tele body :idk:
