What's your fuzz pedal's best friend?

Post by thezeng »

What's the best friend of fuzz on your pedalboard!

I've got a RW Fuzz GOD II and it's best friends are a POG2 and a HBE Psilocybe

Sometimes they liked to be played all 3 at a time :omg:

My Rusty Box. It'll take whatever fuzz I can give it with wide, accepting arms.

Hrmm, that's a tough one.

Both of my current board fuzzes (green muff, cherry pop) love to be pushed over the edge by my Geminidrive, but then they also love about a 30-40% mix of octave up from my M9 running post.

Of course, I also have a subtly set BF-2 as an always on to give my OD a little teeth, so that's important too.

:idk:

My Super Tri-Fuzz is friends with my shoe gazer, and my shoe gazer really likes my les lius... and my les lius really enjoys my mind eraser.... and the mind eraser is best pals with my dark boost who is secretly having an affair with my small stone... my small stone kind of wants to bang my Sunny day delay which has a crush on my 25. The problem is my 25 is in an abusive relationship with my OK because it's stressed out from crime fighting with his partner, Godzilla.

But they all tend to get along when they sit down with the english muff'n.

Sounds like your pedalboard would get along with my ever-changing collection. Let's do it up. Not even playin' right now.

Always had a thing for dirty tremolo, and delay/phase are great with it. I'd have to say my lpb though.

the Electric Brown works very well after the fuzz. the Hoof->EB combo is especially nice.

Probably my Algal Bloom into a buffer into my GZ :joy:

But there are so many options to choose from. I also like my Singing Tree into my Algal Bloom as an extra kick in the pants for uber-long sustained bends. Or my Singing Tree into my CE-2.

I love pushing my Fatman and Velcroscillator with the Groundswell.
I also enjoy a really nasty tremolo. Fluttery fuzz.
