i am tryin to make some loops with the 2880 clocked to an external midi clock... it keeps cutting my loops shorter than what i want when i stop it... i read about how it's "supposed" to work but i'm about to throw it out the window
When you make a new set of tracks, the length of the first track that you record dictates how long the rest can be. They can all start/end at different times but have to fit within the first track and all the tracks only play once before the whole set repeats together.
Not really, no; like, if one track is 30 seconds and the other is 20 seconds, it will play both at the same time, but then the second track will be silent for 10 seconds before they both start playing again. The second loop will not start repeating independently from the first loop. I think the Boomerang III can do what you want, though, and they pop up really cheap on eBay sometimes.
