I recently got a fuzz factory (nice early one too! dated to 9/11/2001) and i love the quasi PLL sounds it has, definitely a badass contender. Got some pretty good normal sounds too, I like that it is like an icepick when you roll off the volume. Also

Octane is a pretty non-exotic Superfuzz with a tone knob rather than a tone switch. But a good Superfuzz is just good.
