No idea who he uses but they don't seem like anything too out of the ordinary. The only stickers I've had made were through stickermule when I got some really cheap discounts, but I don't like their main style much. Stickerap had been recommended to me a couple times.
Try sticker robot for full color stickersscreen printed on vinyl. Dr Scientist looks like regular cast die cut vinyl. All vinyl is cast or Calendared. The metallic swirls are all cast. I have experience with that but I avoid it because sealing the edges is an extra step that requires some glue or clear coat.
