Anyone have any particular sites they'd recommend for selling pedals?

Reverb, Talkbass (sometimes), Soundlot (OKish response), here (depending on the pedals), TGP, Ebay....I go with the verb most times. I've had the most success there.

Yeah I always list stuff on here as well but results are spotty except with relatively hype stuff (it used to be much better). I sell pretty much everything on Reverb these days - that's the place to go if you definitely want to sell something, of course you have to accept their cut of the sale.
