I think Wilson makes (made) a few if I remember.
I think there was one more that slips my mind. Not easy to find a great one.

Oh, yes! I have the rare Keio (KORG) Synthesizer Traveler - Fuzz, Wah (lowpass filter to be exact) and Oscillator in a big housing:

I also had a Jen Super Double Sound, which has a fuzz switch at the side. This one has a huge volume drop if you engage the wah in fuzz mode, that's why I sold it. It had a lovely wah sound, though and the fuzz is a great Fuzz Face circuit.

Morley makes a Cliff Burton fuzz wah but the switches are separate. Maybe they could be rewired?

Yeah, right there's the vintage Shin Ei wah-fuzz but a big volume drop when engaged.
