it took putting it in a few different guitars, but i found the perfect home for the WILDMEN (that is a seriously dumb name for a pickup, btw. :D).

the description is pretty accurate in that is very girthy in the low mids & somewhat mellow in the highs. i have a heavily modded baritone (it's a DOUGLAS branded guitar from Rondo) that has a HUUUUGE sounding GFS Surf 90 in the neck, but everything i've tried in the bridge seems puny in comparison. until now.

i am hoping to use this particular guitar for a recording project soon, so i'll post some clips sometime in the near future (hopefully).

That was insanely fast. I guess a lot of people sitting at home with their stimulus waiting eagerly? He just posted that there's more coming. I scored a LITS!

Was loosely interested but I'm very much over the whole unobtanium/sell out in 5 seconds/small booteek batch thing. I'll just get some bareknuckles or creamery or something

I had a pair of these a while back a baritone I built. Quality nastiness.

I've had a set of these blk/tri Drones in my SG for 4-5 years and they sound pretty good. I used to think they were the best sounding pickups I ever played and then I got an EGC with Albini single coils in it and those are amazing.

My SG has a Frost Giant in the bridge, and BLK TRI has my other Frost Giant in for some modifications right now to make it a better fit for the neck, so I should soon have a matching pair.
