As the resident iOS musician in ILF I have to mention the rather monstrous release that was unleashed without warning yesterday. Beepstreet (who made probably the best sounding synth on iOS Zeeon) released a normalized Modular Synthesizer with a Groovebox/Sequencer that's taken straight out of the Octatrak, down to the parameter locks (ON A MODULAR) and A/B morphing scenes. I was going to post about it yesterday but lost the entire end half of my day to it. There's so much to do holy shit.

Just the modular sampler alone is worth the price of admission. Had a drumbreak loop randomly and fed it to various filters to bring up Certain frequencies on steps making a secondary "harmonic drumbeat" under the randomly shifting slices.

Wow, I'm a little late to this, but the Keystep Pro is much more expensive than I was expecting. That being said, there's way more in there than I realized. It seems worth it and, unfortunately, it looks like it would be perfect for what I need in my studio right now. Looks like I may need to find something to sell.

The CV sequencing on this sounds like something I could use. I may have to pair this with my V1.

All of these CV exp pedals and I'm surprised I haven't seen like a multi out synced lfo station to control multiple of them. Hell, add multi tap tempo out and it could try tie a pedalboard together.echorec wrote:The CV sequencing on this sounds like something I could use. I may have to pair this with my V1.

Also the Afterneath is one of the coolests pedals ever.

I've actually been thinking about trying to make something like that in a pedal format. Lots of CV pedals as well as semi-modular synths that could use a couple LFOs or envelopesInconuucl wrote:All of these CV exp pedals and I'm surprised I haven't seen like a multi out synced lfo station to control multiple of them. The mission expression blue thing + ehx 8step is what you're looking for, I thinkInconuucl wrote: All of these CV exp pedals and I'm surprised I haven't seen like a multi out synced lfo station to control multiple of them. Hell, add multi tap tempo out and it could try tie a pedalboard together.

Naw, that’s a related thing that fills a completely different function. A step sequencer (that’s tuned weirdly) vs. multiple LFOs that can be synced against a common clock. One makes one pedal a lot more versatile, the other ties together a bunch of pedals around the same time.tremolo3 wrote:The mission expression blue thing + ehx 8step is what you're looking for, I thinkInconuucl wrote: All of these CV exp pedals and I'm surprised I haven't seen like a multi out synced lfo station to control multiple of them. Pretty sure you could use a Zoia to do all of that? You'd probably have to do some MIDI conversion or something though.

Elektron has released the Overbridge 2 update. I’m scared to see what they think at MuffWiggler.
