I accidentally came across this thread again while googling for something else and it so happens I have one in for repair at the moment (actually my second, so they do exist out there) so if you have any questions about it :idk:

Going from memory of the one I repaired before, as 80s digital delays go? Sound wise it was quite nice, the short mode is nice and clean with punchy repeats but without being shrill like a good quality vintage digital delay but the long mode was like a slightly duller deluxe memory man (albeit much quieter/cleaner), still perfectly usable though and would be good for ambient shiz. Modulation was nice and went from subtle to extreme where the delay was getting under clocked.

While I can't remember the exact details though, I recall the Infinite foot switch was a pain to time to avoid switching noise and also the delay time control is stepped so you can't adjust the pitch of delay without getting a big choppy mess and unlike the 16 second where you had a half/double delay time switch, you had quarter here which isn't as useful, at least to moi... so the flaws in usability kinda outweighed the tone. If I could get one cheap I'd be all over it just for the vintage digital tone but I don't think I'd hunt one down at $1000+.

Once I have this one repaired I can give a bit more detail and I also have a 16 second in for repair too so can compare the two. Unfortunately the 2 second doesn't seem to just be a stripped down 16 second but a much more basic design overall.
