Any DIGICOMP AIM HM-2000 owners out there???

Post by digi2t »

As always, Phil and I are always on the lookout for new hen's teeth to convert to projects for Dead End FX. One such beauty is the DIGICOMP AIM HM-2000, so I'm putting out the call for an example.

Anybody got one, or know someone who does???

Are you/they willing to contribute to the cause???

Please reach out if so. We're more than happy to spring for the shipping costs, and we'll even throw in a board or two thereafter.

i have a 1000 and had a 2000. both had their circuits encased in a tin thats then filled with epoxy kind of like the old bartolini pedals. im assuming it would degrade the hell out of the value getting to the actual board if its not broken in process.

Well, dang... that's a shame. In that case, unless I had the owner's OK to degoop it, I guess I would have to keep my eyes peeled for a unit up for sale.

Your impressions of the 1000 and 2000? Worth chasing after, or meh?
