does anyone else like windy & carl as much as i do? i think that, when it comes to loop-based music, their albums are not only near perfect but in a way very important. a group whose entire work i can put on and leave on repeat and just chill the fuck out.

Hadn't heard of 'em, but it sounds like my jam. Will put on the list for further explorations.

By the way, gila_crisis: my browser doesn't like the embed you put above here, but I really dig the track you posted in the other thread!

With some extra time on my hands at the moment, I sorted through all the tracks I had set aside in that special folder and made a new drone mix:

Drone Brunch #11

Special note: a couple of y'all from here are in there somewhere!

duo (electroacoustic vibration exploration): https://wenderlypark.bandcamp.com/
trio (tapes/voice/clarinet/synth/poems): https://ourwaytofall.bandcamp.com/
band (spontaneous kosmische): https://stargoon.bandcamp.com/

^That's really nice! What's the voice sample from? I like how low and indistinct it is, nice atmosphere.

Something from the album I just released. Most of the album is not drone although it has a lot of drones on it. But this closing track is very chill. I think I listened to the original sample for about half an hour straight before/during/after recording this short snippet.

I released this album today(recorded it out of boredom yesterday):

Not sure if I would call it ambient, but minimal and drone for sure!

After the lockdown period (where I was streaming my Monday ambient set in support for Nik Bärtschs Ronin from my home studio), now we are back all together in the ateiler underneath the Exil club in Zurich. This was my last set, baritone guitars only:
