Just watched the Rush doc on Netflix last week, too. Essential viewing.
Saw them on Presto and Roll the Bones tours, and even remember a few Power Windows shirts from high school before I got into them.
So many little things, and big things. Super influential for me, and lots of bands I love. Getting into their discography was a big step for me, and one of my first deep explorations into older stuff...which of course set a ridiculously high standard, which no other band could ever really meet or beat, though the influence is certainly obvious when it's there. He took drumming to the highest level and became final boss, no question.

That doc is great, have the DVD and watched it a few times. Might have to break it out again soon. One of my big music regrets is not seeing Rush on what turned out to be their last UK tour because it was "too expensive". If only I'd known
