Oh man, I binge watch this guys YouTube channel all the time! I don't know why it's so entertaining, but I can't stop watching it. I barely even go to the gym

When I do squat (which is literally never these days) I do zerchers because of this channel (and Ricky The Stick Del Hagen). What makes this channel so endearing is they created a whole Mufu-verse with their collaborations (you had Meg Squats and Clarence in the same room in the last series). All the grip stuff is fun to watch too!
In the extended Mufu-verse, as mentioned about Eric 'Rick The Stick' "Del Hagen" Bugenhagen is a cool channel too.

Got my Bugenberry Blast Pre-workout. HOLY SHIT. I am no stranger to stimulants or pre-workout supplements. This is meth.
DAY 1: Took it around noon. Did not work out. Work up at 4 AM with a panic attack (it was kind of funny)
DAY 2: Took it around noon. Did not work out again but had a busy day. Stayed out until 4 AM last night.
I think there is kanna in it along with caffeine. This shit is the real deal. Today I'm just drinking coffee with some K-Pins to chill the fuck out.
So yeah... HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your heavy zercher squat days and zercher deadlifts.
