CDM just did a run-down of all the current clone offerings, and the next few coming down the pipe.

The Poly D sounded pretty good, it had me interested in synths again.

Poly-D and MS-1 have my attention. Damn you Behringer. Damn you and your shitty ways.

It’s a pretty epic time. With the Oberheim clone and the possible CS-80 they are killing it pretty hard.

£599/€699/$699 for the Poly D apparently. Probably a good price but also awkward because it's more expensive than my Minilogue XD, and also makes me wonder if I'd be happier trading in my phone for an iOS device with their excellent Moog apps.

Hm.

Do my #2 rule of synths. Wait 1 year... retail price will be down 30%. Hold out a year. Get the iOS shit and hold out for a year (or constantly check for sales and refurbs like I do... and get them way off retail).

Good ideas, I also bet I could rebuy a Model D for super cheap in the rush to dump them before this comes out.

OR I COULD JUST BE HAPPY WITH MY PERFECTLY GOOD MINILOGUE

I would have loved one of these but I won't be getting this. Man it's cool though!

EDIT 1: I take it back... it sounds a lot like my KORG ARP (not the same... just a lot like). The WASP sounds the most appealing to me but... I can't... I just can't. My penis.

Yeah, that CAT. Some good Devo tones in there.

Quite the year for Behringer.

When is Behringer gonna release their 2600 clone? They announced it a few years ago and leaked some product photos last summer, have there been any updates since then?

Korg is doing a 2600, Behringer needs to pop out a Bynthi.
