Music for Halloween

Post by 01010111 »

What tunes do you guys listen to to get pumped for Halloween? Mogwai, The Horrors, Goblin, Carpenter Brut, Perturbator, and Gost are my go to’s for that horror vibe. However, I listen to them way too much during the normal course of the year.

So, what gets you in the holiday spirit?

I've always been a fan of Diamanda Galas' The Litanies of Satan this time of year.

Happy unseasonably warm Halloween! (Hopefully it's warm where you're at.) God bless, global warming!

I remember when I was a kid, sometimes we'd have to wear coats under our costumes. :(

GREAT artist. GREAT album. This might be up your alley too. When this popped on the radio I thought it was Diamanda.... I was wrong... but this came into my life. Start with the last track, that's what I heard on the radio. https://oby-lon.bandcamp.com/album/opus-1
