NPD - Copilot FX Orbit - Fuzz VCO

Just got this in the mail direct from the builder Adam, and hot damn this thing slays! It's like a filter octave whammy wah fuzz from hell. Basically you have a 3 voices: clean, fuzz, and a VCO, each with its own volume control. There's a gate knob that can basically go from sustaining to super attacky blips. Then there is a the VCO frequency which tunes the VCO and an "express" knob which seems to tune the filter resonance. You have a toggle to give a higher or lower range of the VCO frequency.

Finally, you can use expression pedal to control the volume of either the VCO or the Fuzz. The toe down position of your expression corresponds to the position of the VCO or Fuzz knob (depending on what you're using expression for), and the heel position takes it out of the circuit. Sweeping it is a ton of fuzz, the closest thing I can think of is like a killer octafuzz with a wah, but that seems tame compared to what this can do.

Anyways, recorded some quick demos with my jazzmaster > orbit > SF Deluxe Reverb since I haven't heard many guitar demos of it.

Ya man, it’s a beast. One of those pedals where you don’t really want or need to add other pedals to cos it’s just a shitload of fun to play on it’s own. Figured I’d record some quick improvs since it’s hard to find many demos of this.
