So, last night I tried Cialis. I'm not ashamed to admit that. Lately, I have had zero libido, zero desire and mega stressed. As a result, my sex life is going into the shitter when it was previous excellent. I find myself having issues staying aroused. I'm 36 and even though I'm getting closer to an age where that kind of shit happens to a lot of men, it's kind of mentally damaging. I think something is wrong with my brain more than my stuff. Anyway, I tried it, and it was a terrible experience. I couldn't finish and it just ended up hurting my wife due to how long I could go. I also had a MAJOR panic attack after taking it because I was scared it would affect my heart. So, that screwed it up and I had to take anxiety meds, which just obliterated the whole experience for me. I enjoyed myself but now I'm actually pretty fucking depressed about it. Man. Being a human being is fucking hard sometimes. Never thought I'd have this issue and it just started this year.

My biggest issue is I have zero interest anymore and I'm not sure how to turn that around. I think I need to have more romance in my life because my wife has been working 70 plus hours a week for the last three months and I feel neglected. It's not her fault though, but it still upsets me.

So, yea. Guess I'm an over sharer but whatever.

Sorry to hear all that, Jwar. Sucks. I always find that it is super easy to have sex stuff make marriage/relationships way harder. Obviously, great sex is great, even just any sex is normally great, but sometimes it is just the worst. I don't know if it is cultural or biological or probably both, but it seems that there is so much pressure put into sex that it can really emotionally hurt both people when things "don't go right" or whatever. Again, just sorry to hear it. Sounds really awful. When my wife and I are emotionally distant our sex always gets terrible/weird/nonexistent/just biological bangs to avoid scrubbing in the shower, and it is hard to get out of that cycle of being emotionally off from one another. It's just like you said though, some romance or a date or something makes a huge difference.
