Robot Graves Neck
Gibson RD Body (Black)
2 Lace Alumitone Bass Bar 3.5 pickups (Chrome)

There are thee holes in the body

Should I go VVT, VT pickup selector, TT Pickup Selector, Vol Blend Toan? How would you wire this badboi?

Is that your neck or just the style you’re looking to have built?

I'd wire it like a ripper and just put the tone/mid cut on a stacked pot. So you would have a volume pot, 4-way rotary pickup selector, and stacked tone/mid. That way you can have the max flexibility for your limited control set. Pickup positions cover all the popular bass tones:

Bridge only (music man)
Bridge and neck in parallel (jazz bass)
Bridge and neck in series (giant metal/doom/heavy bass tone)
Neck only (p bass)

bass is done. both pickups in parallel. Wired directly to jack. the volume knob is just for show at the moment.

If the body is thick enough for push-pull switches, I've been liking this combo for two pickup instruments:

- Three-way pickup selector switch
- Master Volume (phase reverse on the push-pull)
- Master Tone (series-parallel on the push-pull)

I did a P/J for a guy like that and the tonal options were pretty rad.
