I have a Buzz Box, and I previously had the MASF Kidnapper, and a Blue Box. Maybe I'm tripping but they are 'like' the Buzz Box. They "can get into Buzz Box territory" at certain settings.

I'm not saying the Buzz Box is magic. I inherited my Buzz Box and would not pay more than - lets say - $150 more or less. It's not worth $300. Disclaimer - I don't play guitar through the Buzz Box, I put an oscillator/drone box through it. YMMV.

The octave is parallel to the grunge in the fx33 actually (buzz's chain is rat>blue box). But yeah just get a blue box, not worth getting the real deal unless you're a collector. .

I actually have both (got a buzz box cheap, there was a dip in price when that clone came out). There are differences... But yeah you can do most of the sounds either way....
