Bought a thread cutting set and a rod.
Step one: thread rod end
Step 2: make the 90 degree bend by bridge
Step C: bend bar to shape
4: cut excess rod off and deburr the tip and wet sand to desired finish/ polish
Made a whammy bar

I used a table vice. You put the rod in so it’s vertical, then bend it down. It’s easier to bend if you use the whole rod for more leverage. I would really struggle bending it in its current stateadamajah wrote:Bad ass.
