Turned out awesome

Bought a thread cutting set and a rod.

Step one: thread rod end

Step 2: make the 90 degree bend by bridge

Step C: bend bar to shape

4: cut excess rod off and deburr the tip and wet sand to desired finish/ polish

Bad ass.

Dumb question, but how did you do the bends?

I used a table vice. You put the rod in so it’s vertical, then bend it down. It’s easier to bend if you use the whole rod for more leverage. I would really struggle bending it in its current state

No way hah. That was the way I was going to make one of my whammiejammies angled a little lower. I thought it was a janky technique. But hey if the great Jangle does it, it must be legit
