The only pedals I can think of that I've paid for without really having heard them is Sonic Crayon pedals and Seppuku pedals. A classic case of curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought it back.

I wanted to buy a McSpunkle Gnomeratron VTF partly for the name and partly for the graphic, but I've never had the opportunity.

Why wouldn't I ? :)

no, and no. i used to buy pedals unheard, but haven't done for a long time now. as far as guitars go, it's features i look for, not looks. it's nice when both come together, though.

I've not bought a pedal because of the finish. But not the other way around.

fuck yeah. bought the reverse color white rat, etched rusty box, i picked up a second mini due to the color.

Well, I liked the pedals before, but the finish was tha straw that broke the camel's back.

Look I’m not gonna lie, that Gnomeratron is so cool looking I would potentially buy one because it looks cool.

Then I could take a pic of it with my actual lawn gnome and get 100000000000 likes on Instagram.

I would never buy a gnome doing something offensive. My gnome is very wholesome.
