Toe completely change the way I listened to music back when I was younger, I never thought the drums could be the lead instrument in music. I could've swore I linked to them previously.ibarakishi wrote:Its a sad world when three pages of posts have gone by and nobody throws any love out for Toe... mouse on the keys did a similar thing for me. The first time I listened to Spectres De Mouse blew me away.Inconuucl wrote:ibarakishi wrote:Its a sad world when three pages of posts have gone by and nobody throws any love out for Toe... Blake Flemming (drummer) played in Laddio Bolocko after Dazzling ng Killmen, which is getting further from math and rock but still relevant here. The live recordings from this release are spectacular.voerking wrote:my favorite band, ever! i was lucky enough to see them quite a few times & played in a band with the bass player for years.dozicusmaximus wrote:Dazzling Killmen

yeah, i got to see Laddio a couple times. they were great! he was also a founding member of Mars Volta. for those interested in the nuts & bolts of rhythms (mathy and otherwise), he literally wrote the book on it:kbit wrote:Blake Flemming (drummer) played in Laddio Bolocko after Dazzling ng Killmen, which is getting further from math and rock but still relevant here.
