I'm struggling to think of tremolo that go into audio rate.
I think the Tremotron (and Super Pulsar to an extent) can do it, as well as the Twin Stags.
What else we got out there?

What about ring mods that go down into LFO range? Your phase will be flipped every other pulse but other than that you've got a trem.

woa I bet that would be a cool sound in dry/wet stereocherler wrote:Your phase will be flipped every other pulse
edit: oh yeah back on topic, I have a hint, you can't get audiorate modulation out of photocells (vactrol LED/LDR ) so cross all opto-tremoloes off the list

Re: AUDIO RATE TREMOLO
Boss slicer, zoom slicer mode, Jen HF modulator, Recovery Motormatic. The Jen and Recovery are not true ring mods and are more like audio rate tremolos.
IC based VCAs can run at audio rate and will be a tremolo if the LFO/OSC is not bipolar. The Make Noise modemix is a good example that can be used either way. I'm sure there are tremolos that use the same chip (v2164 I think) which would just need an audio rate osc. Optical tremolos will be too slow.
Ring mod would be an easier path though and not much functionally different. Just a bipolar VCA basically.
