A timely appearance of this thread for me... I've had lotsa country tunes in my head lately, as I finally played my long-planned country band show this week. (I haven't had the courage yet to listen back to my recording of it, so I dunno how good it was, but my peeps that I drafted to play with me all had fun and I got some good feedback from some folks...)
Lead off with this track. I suspect Handsome Ned is only locally famous, but this is a great rip snorter:

Not a ton of country in regular rotation here at the compound, but it's always a good time for some Chuck Wells. This one checks all the right country boxes in just over three minutes of crime, jail, murder, addiction, damnation, and key changes.
