Thanks for the help everyone. I spoke with David and we fixed the problem. I had to open up the back and bang on a component that was locked up.

Banging on stuff that doesn't work should always be the first thing you try, imo.

Sorry but that doesn't work for my statement. I specifically kept the word "on" in my statement instead of just saying "banging" because I knew you or someone else would respond with TWSS and "banging on" doesn't make much sense in the TWSS context.
