I've always shopped at Tone Factor, they have free shipping, it's fast, and they're really nice. No experience with any of the others.

I've had great experience with ToneFactor. Really fast shipping, great communication. If you act fast, though, there's a VMSD on the 'bay for $410.

I thought about jumping on the one on ebay but I need to close the deal on a craigslist sale before I have the cash. though if I am paying that much money already I like the secruity of buying it from a business in case there is any unforseen issues

Not to derail this thread completely, but there are legit reasons for the pgs hate, it is not blind fanboyism/jealousy of their success.
Many of the threads on the subject were nuked by admin on the relevent forums they were posted on (/tinfoil hat), though honestly that's all better left in the past.

For what it's worth, I think the new Andy's corner newsletters and weekly giveaways (plus that crazy fender custom shop giveaway) are steps in the right direction.
They do have uber fast shipping and regular discounts (mantra/disaster transport, hurry up and buy!), and Andy still does the best damn demos on the net.

Why the hate?

One time they had a sale for like 10% off all delay pedals or something, and I had a 20% off coupon for EHX pedals, so I used both coupon codes to get 30% off a Stereo Memory Man w/ Hazarai. The one they shipped me was very obviously not cosmetically brand new. There were dings all over it. I was pretty pissed. Just because I got a discount on the pedal doesn't mean I wanted a used one. I guess I just like to know what I'm buying, honestly. I don't like to be lied to, least of all by the Wal-Mart of pedals. Other than that one thing, I don't has no beef. I pretty much watch all of their demos cuz they're freaking great. Yeah, they seem like commercials but when it comes down to it, the demos are pretty accurate. And their new little articles about the stuff most people don't know about guitars (and don't know where to look) are really informative.
