I've got myself thinking hard and I thought: why not pose these questions to fellow enthusiasts to get some perspective/ideas/ridicule.
I've been using my Mission EP25K expression pedal to control my Moog Delay, Mini Moog Trem, Red Panda Tensor, Bit Map and Ct5 with a messy labyrinth of TRS y cables from one jack (on the EP25K) and the second jack controlling a LAL Super Oscillo 88 Fuzz. The Super Oscillo wants a 10k expression value, but it works well enough when by itself with the EP25K's second jack.
I upgraded from my Wizard of Pitch to a Witch Shifter because it has an expression pedal and again, that pedal prefers 10K, but works by itself with the EP25K (in the second jack). I also purchased the Pladask Bakvendt and had a friend install an expression jack for the Time Stretch feature. It does not work with the EP25K, but it does work with a 10K expression pedal.
Last week, I bought a Mission Expressionator after getting off the phone with Mission headquarters and it sounded like this would solve the problem, controlling the three 10K desiring effects on my board from the second jack of the EP25K. So far, it has not. Only the Witch Shifter seems to like Expressionator.
Am I an asshole for trying to control this many pedals with one expression pedal?
Is there a 10K pedal on the market with three individual jacks?
Is it possible to mod/expand/add three additional 10k potentiometers to my EP25K?
Has anyone attempted similar feats? Has anyone added resistors to pedals to accept/utilize other expression values?
Apologies for so many novice questions, I'm just trying to control 8 wacky bleep machines with one expression pedal.
