I was wrong, my ipad software capped out at 9.3.5? Going to clear out some space and see what I can load. Whats the learning curve on cubasis?

It's a traditional daw, but most of the menus are replaced with buttons on the top bar, it's pretty simple. :)

Well...just bought Beatmaker 3. Time to read the manual and watch tutorials.
