I like working on cars when it's not a mad rush to get the fucking thing fixed before the next workday. Which is basically never.

My new thing is maintaining basic lawnmowers. Oh my god, they're so simple and you don't have to get under them. It's really refreshing.

Mountain biking. I was obsessed with guitar gear for years, then flipped a switch and have spent the majority of my time and disposable income on bike stuff the last couple years.

Sweet. I find it interesting how similar the gear culture is across different categories. There are the cult brands, the big names, the old school classics, the DIYers. Anyway, share some of your recent scores that you are pumped on, regardless of the hobby. The only requirement is that it be "gear"...whatever the hell that means.
