Looper Sync Help

Post by dallasisacowboy »

Howdy so I am looking to purchase two loopers of the same variety, one for my synth player and one for myself (I play guitar/bass). We are looking for loopers that have some sync capability as to be able to stay in time with each other and also stay in time with a drum machine (which ideally would be used as a master clock if possible). I'm new to MIDI. So what options do we have? We've looked into the Pigtronix Infinity and Ditto x4. We'd rather not use laptops if possible. Thanks for your time!

The handful of midi loopers that exist are likely your best option, really. The Digitech Jamman stuff has a sync option, but when syncing multiple loopers it really doesn’t function in an intuitive or fun way.
