Need help- heavy dirt -->chorus/vibrato?

So, the deal is, I've rarely used many effects very extensively beyond dirt, delay, reverb. But I've recently come across the need for something else. The band is two guitars, bass and drums. New song has a part I wrote that has me playing a series of slow arpeggios over both a fast part and a really heavy slow part. I really want the arpeggio part to have some warble to it. Usually when I want warble I use a modulated delay, cause that's what I have. I have a dmm and a disaster transport. The dmm gets kind of close, but in this instance the delay is just bringing too much mud. I want this to stay nice and crisp. I've tried backing off on the dirt and it doesn't do the trick. So I'm thinking I need a stand alone for my crispy warbles. Something to give some movement.

So I'm thinking I need probably a chorus or vibrato. I'm not interested in phasers and I don't think a trem is going to hit the mark. I probably need something with a tone control, right? What sounds good with heavy dirt for black/doom/death? Does anything sound like the chorus on a dmm without getting muddy?

I'd really like to keep it under $200. I have respect and love for expensive fancy pedals, but it's just not on the menu right now. So no warped vinyl or eventide type of stuff, please. I also don't like buying and flipping a bunch of stuff, which is why I'm asking for help. I like to buy the right pedal and just keep it. I'm sure I'll hope to find lots of uses for it and use it on clean parts and whatever. But this is how I usually end up getting a pedal, to fill a specific need.

I pined for a cosmichorus a while back. Bummed I didn't get one when they were in production. Should I look for that? Might be a little above the price range.

Was tempted by the sea machine years ago. EQD usually does well with dirt. Haven't seen a lot of people using these though.

The Ibanez works great for me both pre and post dirt. Has a really awesome thickening effect pre, and doesn't sound too synthetic post.

I don't like to push my own wares outside of the Shark Tank too much but you are literally describing The Warbler, it's even under $200.

I would recommend the Moog MF Chorus. That Gwar demo doesn’t do it justice (too over the top). It’s going to be closer to the DMM since it is a modulated delay at its heart. Just really short delay line. It also does both chorus and vibrato so it should cop either flavor you’re feeling.

I have one, but I use it for synths/soundscapes. It's not the most intuitive pedal, but if you're only using it for a couple of key tracks, then just write down your settings.

The cosmi does sound completely rad with dirt, especially the V3. But Ryan didn't make crazy lots of them, and they don't seem to turn up that often second hand. I also like the shallow water with dirt (keep the low pass filter gate thing cranked for maximum treble content). People seem to hate on it, but I fucking love it.
Sea Machine seems rad too with dirt.

Boss CE-2B is good with dirt - pretty much same schematic as CE-2 but with a clean blend and 1/3 the price, but that won't do vibrato. It will get you into Type O territory.
