Africa: A Journey into Music BBC documentary series
Those of you who like music from Africa will probably really enjoy this series (I know I did!). The Mali episode was my favourite, there is some amazing music in there by musicians I had not heard of. Well worth a watch.

This sounds really interesting! I like some African music but I haven't delved too deep and don't know a great deal about the scenes and history of it.
