Lofi chorus/vibrato
I really want a lofi chorus/vibrato. I used to have a clone theory which did that well but also broke all the time and kinda sucked. Looking for something not too expensive that can make me sound like broadcast

Generation Loss (new batch this weekend)
The VB-2W isn't necessarily lo-fi, but if you dial the mix back it works quite well at the back of your chain.
Fairfield Shallow Water
Mattoverse Inflection
I never got ideal results with the Instant Junky and the Warped Vinyl may be out of your range. I don't have one, but the Matthews Chemist does a nice vibrato. If you minimize the delay time on an Alexander Quadrant, you can use it as a chorus/vibrato. I like the Diamond Vibrato, too. Good luck.

In addition to what others have said, maybe the Mid-fi Clarinot?

I totally forgot I have one of those beringer Latin around somewhere. Gotta try that! Gonna loook into that mid fibtoo. But that’s only envelope controlled right?

I saw a fairly cheap Pitch Pirate somewhere recently, maybe B/S/T here?
