If he's playing the way he was when he played Boston last year you're not missing too much... I am on the fence about seeing him this fall.

Jealous. Need to see them again asap, the tour they did with Jarboe quite some time back blew my brains out.Jwar wrote:Neurosis is coming to town in July!!! Huzzah!
I saw A Perfect Circle last night for old times sake....... hadn't heard the new album but boy did those new songs suck, one of them sounded like a straight up imitation of Coldplay

Despite not playing Judith or Orestes I still thoroughly enjoyed it, and surprised I still knew all the words from my obsession as a 15 year old

Yeah the new APC record is... not my jam.
I thought this summer was supposed to be the off-season for gigs? So many rad shows on the horizon.

Re: Live Acts You're Most Looking Forward To
Was finally able to check SLEEP off of my bucket list this year.
Really hoping that YOB is next.
Then NIN after that. I haven't seen them since they did the first Lollapalooza, and that year they were something like the second act to play during the daylight. It was pretty underwhelming in this massive outdoor field with a bunch of other noise going on.

That's fantastic! Definitely report back on whether or not The Body are back to using amps.
EHG played here in May for desertfest and it was outstanding, excited to see them in a club!
