Bumping! Been making a ton of cold brew lately. Loving the Brazilian coffee for this. Last batch tasted a little of bourbon and this one is super chocolatey. :!!!:

I've been pretty into Cold brew lately too! I'm pretty much singled on Counter Culture Hologram these days. Shit's magic

Gotta get a cold brew methodology in place for summer. I was experimenting with CB-ed Bustello a few years back and it was absurdly good.

Been on espresso all year but it's getting pretty hot now, gotta get back on those yummy espresso+soy milk+ice I did last summer (not sure if there's a term for that.. def not coldbrew but maybe iced something ?)

Question: What is everyones favorite setup for pour over? I am trying to put together a travel friendly kit of things and pour over seems to be the least messy/least breakable.. although it's not my favorite way to make coffee in the world but...

it makes me lean more towards the Bonavita as my tastes for go to is espresso and french press :thumb: Speaking of which had had one of the best quad shots I've had in a long time at the Vashon Island Baking Company, if you are stuck on that horrible island for any reason I recommend it :thumb:
