The first song is a banger, but I just couldn't get into the rest of the EP. It felt kinda...disjointed?
Dark Speed is the most "professional" sounding song.
Paralytic Flow felt like a song that would be in the latter half of a full album.
Pennies is a rehash of an older demo.
Segue 10 is, well, a segue. Since it's #10 I want to assume that the album is intended to follow The Heart is a Monster like it followed Fantastic Planet, but it's hard to tell with the wide variance between just these first four songs.
There's supposed to 3 more EP's coming out and they'll ultimately all become the album (hopefully that means they'll also polish the songs for the final album, too).
Also, they made a video for the first song.
