how long do you give Reverb sellers to ship?

Maybe he's really ill, or having a serious life event, in which case you getting a refund is not one of his bigger concerns.

I usually give it a week before I get annoying.

I had someone pay for something late Thursday night and got pissed it wouldn't get to him by the weekend... I mean if you wanted next day air you could have offered me $40 extra and told me why.

International shipping takes longer and there always seems to be a delay in customs with Boss pedals. The longest I've waited was 5 weeks for a Deucetone Rat from Israel and 3 weeks for a Fender Mustang from Britain.

I had a funny one not long ago.

I was out of town with my parents and I forgot to put vacation mode on. I didn't have internet/lte up on the island and couldn't really check anything. When I went to town, I would occasionally get an email. One was from reverb and dude was asking me questions I couldn't really answer at the moment (and he came off like an a-hole). I didn't reply because I was going home the next morning and would be back in the land of internet. He threw a fit and told me that he was going to report me as a dead account, I was horrible, I'm a scam artist, etc whole I was on an airplane (no internet). I got home and messaged him what was going on after I checked the pedal (it was a weird question). He was pissed that I took 12 hours to reply (he hadn't bought it).

He ended up being friendly...but geez, stuff happens. Dude was freaking mad that I didn't get back to him in 1 hour or less. He still acted like I made his life hell in a few messages but I ended up talking to him about something else and he was fine.

No feedback from him though (don't need it really). Actually, about 50%of reverb doesn't leave feedback...I ship either same day or next morning and pack well in antistatic wrap.

Another dude recently said he would only buy if I could guarantee it was at his house on the opposite end of the USA by Friday...it was Wednesday night haha. I told him USPS priority is what I use. He bought it anyway, I got it out same day, and he didn't leave feedback. (I've left feedback for everyone).

The concept of feedback on the internet fucking sucks.

So many people are dirtbags and entitled and the whole system is designed to cater to monsters.
