What's your favorite stereo modulation?

Post by gnomethrone »

Post what the thread title says :)*
Mono in, stereo out
Either chill vibes or tripping ball sounds
Things that are nice post-dirt

Anybody messed with the TC corona tone print editor?

Definitely the Stereo Polychorus. If the Wiggler were able, it would be up there as well.

Ibanez 10-series, like the Twin Cam or Super Stereo Chorus, those are the ones I have experience with (in stereo) and they rule. Maybe not very trippy but definitely expanding something (my spandex).

Panning trem can be ten types of terrific, but this is where chorus shines best

Yeah I've never been a big fan but I'm messing with a stereo rig and a subtle chorus between two amps just feels so right. Ive been using a little zoom multi thing to try different kinds of trem, and phase and stuff. Its got me shopping for chorus pdals for the first time ever. What's your favorite stereo chorus Rusty?

Probably the Maxon CS-550, but only for clean or dialed-back-from-cusp-of-breakup as it does not like being hit with hot signals, especially at higher depth settings. Still shouldn't have sold mine... I miss it.

Dr Sci CCv3 also displayed the similar clipping sensitivity but not as severe...and I similarly miss that as well.

Also Boss Chorus Ensemble. CE-20 iirc

Stereo Panneur
Strymon Ola
Time Factor
The lushest of lush was my SDD3300, but I sold it long ago. The 1/2 second audio drop out on the patch change was a no go, no matter how lush it sounded.

The CV is stereo, but I'm not exactly sure how that works. :idk: I've never tried to use it that way.
