So I might get a Sound City L410 cab (4x10), DMI era,, got a switch between 4 and 16 Ohms in the back, 2 inputs, 100W RMS capacity and 70's Eminence speakers.
Anyone ever got one ? Any info ? L410H seems more common, I don't see much about L410. I've negociated the guy down to $300 CAD. good deal ?
I'm tempted since my current cab is 1x12 with a G12H30 (nice speaker but 30W) and I ordered a Peavey 260h Standard Pa wich is rated 130W so I don't want to risk destroying my current speaker..

I had an L410 for a couple of years. It’s actually in a friend’s collection now. Mine only had a 16 ohm input, rated at 80 watts though. Sounded absolutely incredible, but I switched it up from a Mig 60 to an HD130 and had to get a bigger cab. If it’s anything like what I had, I wouldn’t hesitate at all.

Hey thanks adm307,here's pictures the guy sent me (definitely not a photographer)
I'll most likely go for it, I have a buyer for my cab. If everything goes well I should have it Monday

Solid move... I have the L410H (same thing but with ports and higher wattage speakers stock) and it's a fantastic cab with my Bassman (even with replaced speakers)...

Got it !
I really like it so far (played only 5 min), the fact that I can select between 16 and 4 Ohms is great, I'm playing in my apartment so 16 Ohms makes it a little more quiet, I don't need my to attenuate my OR15 as much (still got to attenuate a lot but ..yeah) as with my other cab. I should get the Peavey this week, looking foward to see if I'll be able to play with it (since I think I won't be able to attenuate it because my attenuator is only 15W) or if it's gonna be mostly a spring reverb unit

Won't need to attenuate the Peavey, it's solid state.
Just don't turn it to ridiculous.

Cool, I used to have the L610 with square back Eminences. Ran a Mig60 into it and it was the best cheap rig ever. I really miss that setup.
