I had only one issue with a Onespot and that was the EHX Freeze which hummed like crazy. Otherwise the OPs pedal choices would be fine for a long time and then some. I did upgrade to a PP2+ because of my unique power needs.
My PP holes are plugged like this:
1. Boss DD5 (9V, < 100mA)
2. Boss DD6 (9V, < 100mA)
3&4. EHX Q-Tron+ (combined two 9V for 18V)
5. TC Mojomojo AND Mugig tuner (9V split with cable)
6. EHX Hot Tubes AND Fuzzhugger Velcrobot (9V split with cable)
7. EHX Pitchfork
8. Fuzzhugger ABSynth AND Algal Bloom.
That's not the signal chain, just how they're plugged for convenience. FWIW the Bloom and ABSynth are seated atop the PP2 as a riser in my second row of pedals and adds no extra noise. I keep the Onespots around because why not, and still use one with a daisy chain for some jams.
Ok since you asked, the actual signal flow of those pedals is Hi-flier bass or baritone (yes, both hi-fliers) >Bloom>ABS>Pitchfork>Velcrobot>tuner>Mojo>DD5,>QTron>DD6>Hot Tubes>Sunn Concert or 5150.

Re: Pedal power supply help
Even on a tabletop setup, some sort of "pedalboard" arrangement will work wonders for your cabling.
That's a giant pile of mess.
