Up And Coming Artist Alert...

We've got pals that live down the street from us, Kathryn and Greg, and Greg just so happens to be a pedal nut too... this year for Father's Day, their daughter, Isabel, wanted to make something special for her dad and she painted a couple of pictures for Tanya to use on a couple pedals.

We think Isabel's paintings made pretty much the coolest looking pedals we've seen, she did a wonderful job and they turned out awesome!

(And yes, we're going to put her work making more finishes for us... we know a good thing when we see it and Canada has very slack child labour laws.)

Hi,

I'm the proud pwner of these pedals and I just wanted to say thanks for all the great feedback on Isabel's pedals. We read your comments to her and she's ecstatic that people liked her art. I really want to thank Tanya and Ryan for encouraging her to do this and to make her idea become real. Its been a great experience for her. I've posted a picture of my board - you can probably tell I'm a bit of a fan of Tanya and Ryan's work.
