I was just looking at the list of episodes again as a refresher and yeah I guess I have to agree. Series 1 was amazing, all of those episodes are really, really good. Series 2 is also amazing, although I wasn't really a fan of the bear one. Series 3 had three really good ones (the social rating one, the augmented reality video game one, and the bees one) and one alright one (I'm going against the grain and saying that San Junipero was just alright. I feel like I missed something in that episode, because most people seemed to love it). The other two were a pretty solid meh. I still wouldn't say they're bad, but they're pretty meh.

Mackenzie Davis, man.
HCF is my favorite TV show, so there was a good chance that episode was gonna be a winner in my book.
huh. forgot that was in that season. it was good. memorable at least.
yeah. i dunno. when you list them, i remember them, but none of them were...... good. well, not NOT good, they weren't horrible. just pretty bland and super predictable.
season 1 and 2 were just SOLID.
first episode ever was the bike riding Get OUT guy trying for the talent show OF DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM right? that's the Emblematic Episode of the series to me.

So, Bright was solid.
They definitely left it open to become a franchise, I think.
I'm just really curious how they'd do it because there are so many ways to drop the ball there.
Anyone watch Christina P's special? I was cackling the whole time. Love her podcast too.
"SWIPE LEFT ASSHOLE!" -retinal orbita "Whatever ASSHOLE here’s my pedal that makes humpback whale noises and also it has a built in sequencer so stick it in your craw! -retinal orbita "Patty Mullen takes me from a ball peen to a sledge" -The Great Velvet Hammer "...at this exact moment Divine has learned of your jealous scheme from the local town gossip. She also has your address, ASS HOLE!" -Narrator (Mr. J) PINK FLAMINGOS 1 bird per post please

Has anyone watched Wormwood? Cool mix of documentary style interviews and moody drama. Cold war, MKULTRA, LSD, the works!

Yeah, I watched this one and it was quite good. I'm actually surprised they didn't make this into a series, maybe they're testing the waters with a movie first...
As they did quite a bit of world-building they could also easily keep the settings and use different characters, I would be interested in that.
