I recently got a new pair of headphones. You may dismiss this as... trivial... But the experience that I just had was revolutionary. It was so beautiful that I shed a tear. If you want to experience God's true beauty in Creation, I URGE you to listen to the Gregorians, namely their remake of "Clocks", they are a group of Catholic monks that remake popular music with "gregorian-chant". This is... phenominal. I tried these new high quality headphones on many bands and songs, including Daft Punk, but none compared to the sheer beauty of this music. I am speechless, it is just so beautiful.
God Bless technology.
Have anyone else had an experience of beauty such as this with music.

hmmm...chant,you say? Through headphones? Yes,and yes. I have the Tallus Scholars performing John Taverner's masses for 5 voices on the Gimmel label and have had numerous out of body experiences, hearing it through headphones. I have quite a nice pair of 'phones, myself. Hendrix's albums are quite headphone friendly. I am big on panning when recording my own stuff, too. It's like watching a 3D movie with your ears.

I was actually going to say about this exact thing.

I like the sounds that you can hear via headphones, but hate wearing them
I make noise toys under Stomping Stones
