Did someone here get an Instruo Scion?

I am curious about this module and how it works. Does it send crazy fuckin' CV all over the place or more regular patterns or what the fuck...

It’s definitely a random generator of sorts BUT you can control it and get it to do semitones so it can be tamed. I have 5 posts on Instagram of examples.

I don’t know how practical it is but it’s a ton of fun. I haven’t tried to integrate it into a full patch yet so I should be able to give more info later.... just have to pick out the right plant still haha

Got a Rings today. Good golly, I'm glad I got this thing early in my journey. I am in love so far. All of the values sound good almost anywhere. Very sculpt-able, sounds awesome with an osc in or on its own, so many awesome possibilities in here. Incredibly pleased.

Thanks for pointing me toward the demos. Seems awesome!

I guess I'm looking for something hands-on which produces random voltage. Does a Pressure Points do that? Scion looks like it definitely does that. Plus you can use a cabbage.
