Re: Tym Effects from Australia.
I've been going to Tyms for years, he now has a shop in the Valley, and also one under his house where he originally started. He has done alot of work for me over the years and is a top grade luthier. His pedals range from straight copies to interesting takes on fuzz - the return of the human fly is the next on my list. I currently have this machine kills fascists (mxr distortion + clone) and it is great. His retail shop just kicks ass, he has the best array of vintage Aussie gear Ive ever seen, and alot of OS stuff too. He's a supernice guy and its great to see him doing so well. He has built and supplied guitars to many rock royalty - J Mascis, the Hellacopters, Speedo from Rocket From The Crypt etc I would kill to get one of his Epiphone Crestwood copies but I hear the waiting list is 2 years +...
buncha stuff...
